The lounge is open plan leading to the dining and kitchen areas. There is a painted ' Mark Wilkinson ' kitchen with granite worktops and attractive decorations. The floors are a mixture of tile, slate and wood with rugs in the living and dining areas. A real open fire completes the cosy picture.

The sleeping accommodation comprises one double, one twin and one single bedroom, all with fitted wardrobes, sloping ceilings and Velux windows. There is a downstairs shower room and an upstairs bathroom.

The cottage faces the tennis court to the front. At the rear, there is a private enclosed paved area suitable for young children.
