Standing at the top of the field, this new self catering holiday cottage is detached, stone-built, and commands spectacular views over the surrounding Lancashire countryside.

Mole End Lounge

It is a comfortable, cosy, luxury cottage with underfloor heating and an AGA stove. A large open plan living / dining area, incorporating a well-equipped designer kitchen, will enable guests to enjoy each other's company whilst dinner is prepared. Sky television is provided.

Mole End Kitchen

On the ground floor are two spacious bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom with an en-suite bath and shower. The second is a twin bedroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a separate cloakroom / laundry room with wash basin, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Mole End Twin Bedroom

A staircase from the lounge area leads up to an additional attractive bedroom on the first floor.

Outdoor space is provided by a private rear garden, with garden furniture and woodland views.

The very high quality of this cottage, finished by Italian tiled floors, beautiful rugs, furnishings and decorations, makes this an ideal cottage for families and friends.
