Booking Information
 Weekly lets in Woodpecker, Old Stables
Mole End and Piggeries run from Friday to Friday. Weekly lets in Partridge Cottage and Pheasant Cottage run from
Saturday to Saturday. - All holiday lets commence at 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and terminate at 10.00 am on the day of departure.
- Three night weekend and four night midweek short breaks may be offered at our discretion in low season and at other
times on a last minute basis. Refer to our Prices & Availability page for further
details.
- The rent is fully inclusive of all heating, electricity, bed linen, duvets and towels.
- A travel cot, highchair, fireguard and stair gate are available on request.
- Sky television is provided in all cottages.
- All cottages are totally non-smoking.
- For disabled guests, all but one of our holiday cottages have been assessed as accessible accommodation - please telephone to discuss
your exact requirements.
- A deposit of 25% of the total rent is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable eight weeks prior to
the arrival date. If the booking is made less than eight weeks before the commencement of the holiday, the total rent
is payable at the time of booking.
- Upon payment of the deposit, and subject to our acceptance of the booking, our guests accept a legal obligation to
pay the balance of the total rent. Guests are, therefore, advised to obtain separate holiday cancellation insurance.
Once the deposit or total rent has been paid, no refund will be made.
- A damage deposit of £100.00 for Partridge, Pheasant and Piggeries, £200.00 for Old Stables and Mole End, and £300.00 for
Woodpecker is payable eight weeks prior to the arrival date.
- Our mailing list is operated in accordance with the terms of Data
Protection legislation. We will not disclose your details to third parties and we promise to remove your details on
request.
- We shall provide our full booking conditions, of which the preceding paragraphs are part, prior to the final
booking.
